Garage Tear Down and ADU
Each of our ADUs start with a proper foundation ensuring the framing is supported properly.
After forms are finished and rebar is sent concrete is poured in to forms and this is what makes up the foundation of the ADU.
Framing is the next step in the process and get attached directly to the foundation.
After Framing the structural siding of the house is added this adds more rigidity and is where we attach the stucco
